Preparation steps
- Mix 1 part fresh yogurt with 4 parts water.
- Churn the mixture well to separate the butterfat.
- Remove the butterfat to obtain Takra.
- Add digestive spices like cumin, ginger, and coriander as needed.
Safety contraindications
- Should not be used in summer seasons, or by those who are weak, or suffering from giddiness, thirst or bleeding disorders.
