Preparation steps
- Prepare Takra (buttermilk) by mixing curd and water in a 3:1 ratio.
- Powder Amla, Harad, Black pepper, and other specified herbs separately.
- Mix the powdered herbs and salts in appropriate proportions.
- Add the mixture to the buttermilk.
- Allow the ingredients to ferment in a dark place for 4-7 days, covered with a lid or muslin cloth.
- Filter the preparation through a muslin cloth.
- Store in amber-colored bottles.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid high doses in severe Pitta imbalances or during acute gastritis.
