- Balya (strengthening)
- Rasayana (rejuvenative, especially for Vata dominant individuals)

- Mamsa Rasa
- Arjaka
- 1 handful per serving of broth
- Ginger

1-2 cups (200-400 ml) per serving, 1-2 times daily

Preparation steps
- 1. Take Arjaka (Kutheraka) and other desired ingredients (e.g., meat, pulses) in appropriate quantities.
- 2. Wash and clean the ingredients thoroughly.
- 3. Add the ingredients to a pot with water.
- 4. Add spices like ginger, pepper, and salt to taste.
- 5. Boil the mixture until the ingredients are well-cooked and the broth is flavorful.
- 6. Strain the broth to remove solid particles.
- 7. Serve hot.
