Preparation steps
- Obtain authentic raw materials: Shatavari root, A2 cow ghee, and other herbs as per the formulation.
- Prepare Murchita Ghrita: Process the ghee with Triphala (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki), Musta, Haridra, and Nimbu.
- Decoction Preparation: Prepare a decoction of Shatavari and other herbs mentioned in the formulation.
- Kalka (Paste) Preparation: Make a fine paste of Shatavari root and other herbs.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix the Murchita Ghrita, Shatavari decoction, Shatavari Kalka, and cow's milk in a stainless steel vessel.
- Heating: Heat the mixture on low flame with continuous stirring.
- Paka (Cooking): Continue heating until all the moisture evaporates and only the medicated ghee remains.
- Sneha Siddhi Lakshanas: Ensure that the 'Sneha Siddhi Lakshanas' (signs of proper ghee preparation) are achieved.
- Filtration: Filter the prepared ghee through a clean cloth.
- Cooling and Storage: Allow the ghee to cool and store it in an airtight glass bottle.
