Key ingredients

Adult dose
2-5 drops in the affected ear (for ear conditions). For external application, sufficient quantity to cover the affected area.

Preparation steps
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Clean and prepare the Bilva fruit.
- Extract the Bilva marrow.
- Combine the Bilva marrow with sesame oil.
- Add other required herbs as per the formulation.
- Heat the mixture gently, maintaining a consistent temperature.
- Continue heating until all the water content has evaporated and only the oil remains.
- Filter the oil through a clean cloth.
- Allow the oil to cool.
- Store the Bilva oil in a clean, airtight container.
