Adult dose
15-30 ml, twice daily

Preparation steps
- Collection of raw materials
- Cleaning and processing of herbs
- Preparation of decoction (if applicable)
- Mixing herbs with jaggery or sugar solution
- Addition of fermentation starter (Dhataki flowers)
- Transfer to fermentation vessel (e.g., wooden vat or airtight container)
- Sealing the container and allowing fermentation for a specific period (typically 15-30 days)
