Preparation steps
- Take fresh, potable water.
- Add jaggery in the prescribed quantity (usually 1 part jaggery to 4-8 parts water).
- Mix well until the jaggery is completely dissolved in the water.
- Filter the mixture through a clean muslin cloth or a fine sieve to remove any impurities.
- Cool to room temperature or refrigerate briefly before consumption.
