- Bala root paste and decoction

Adult dose
5-10 ml once or twice a day.
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 ml
Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Clean and prepare the herbs.
- Prepare a decoction of Bala.
- Mix the herbal paste with the Bala decoction.
- Add ghee to the mixture.
- Heat the mixture on a low flame, stirring continuously.
- Continue heating until all the water content evaporates and only the ghee remains.
- Filter the ghee through a clean cloth.
- Allow the ghee to cool.
- Store the Balaghrita in an airtight container.
