5-10 ml, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.

Preparation steps
- The ghee should be subjected to Murchana process. This improves digestibility and adds good color and aroma.
- Take the specified herbs as per the formulation and prepare a fine powder or paste (kalka).
- Prepare a decoction (kwatha) of the remaining herbs.
- Mix the Murchita Ghrita, kalka, and kwatha in a suitable vessel.
- Boil the mixture on a mild heat until only the ghee remains.
- Filter the ghee through a clean cloth.
- Store the prepared Badava Ghrita in an airtight container, protected from light and moisture.
Safety contraindications
- Digestive weakness, impaired digestion.
