- Triphala is added in equal quantity to Avartaki.
Adult dose
5-10 ml, once or twice a day

Preparation steps
- Gather all necessary ingredients: Avartaki (Cassia auriculata), Go-ghrita (Ghee), and other specified herbs.
- Clean and coarsely powder the Avartaki and other herbal ingredients.
- Melt the Go-ghrita in a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat.
- Add the powdered herbs to the melted ghee and stir continuously.
- Maintain a gentle simmer and monitor closely to prevent burning.
- Continue heating until all the moisture has evaporated and the herbal solids have imparted their essence to the ghee.
- Filter the mixture through a clean muslin cloth to remove any remaining solid particles.
- Allow the filtered ghee to cool to room temperature.
- Store the Avartaki Ghrita in an airtight glass container away from direct sunlight and moisture.
