Adult dose
125 mg to 500 mg (1/8 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon)

25-50ml
Preparation steps
- Gather the necessary ingredients: Ativisha, Musta, and Ginger.
- Weigh the ingredients according to the formula ratio.
- Crush the herbs to a coarse powder.
- Add the powdered herbs to a pot.
- Add 16 parts of water to 1 part of herbs.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the water is reduced to one-fourth of the original volume.
- Strain the decoction through a clean cloth.
- Allow the decoction to cool slightly before administering.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in severe Vata aggravation
