Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Gather all the required ingredients as per the formulation.
- Clean and prepare the herbs for processing.
- Extract the juice from fresh herbs, if required.
- Combine all the ingredients in a suitable vessel.
- Add the base oil (e.g., sesame oil) to the mixture.
- Heat the mixture gently over a low flame, stirring continuously.
- Continue heating until all the water content evaporates and only the oil remains.
- Filter the oil through a clean cloth to remove any solid particles.
- Allow the oil to cool down completely.
- Store the oil in a clean, airtight container away from direct sunlight and heat.
