Key ingredients

Adult dose
5-15 grams of fruit pulp, or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner. The dosage varies based on the individual's constitution (Prakriti) and the condition being treated.
Pediatric dose
Decoction: 10-50 ml (adjust based on age and weight)
Preparation steps
- Collect mature fruits of Aragvadha during the appropriate season.
- Cover the fruits with sand for seven days.
- Remove the fruits from the sand and dry them in the sun.
- Extract the pulp from the dried fruits.
- For decoction (Kwath): Boil 5-10 g of crushed pods in 200 ml water until reduced to 50 ml. Sip warm.
