Key ingredients
- Shatavari root powder
- Ashwagandha root powder
- Gokshura fruit powder
- Vidari tuber powder
- Bala root powder
- Shilajit
- Makardhwaj
- Honey
Adult dose
1-2 pills, twice daily
Pediatric dose
Not generally recommended
Preparation steps
- Collect all the necessary herbal ingredients.
- Clean and dry the herbs thoroughly.
- Powder each ingredient separately using a mortar and pestle or a grinder.
- Mix all the powdered ingredients in the specified proportions.
- Add a binding agent such as honey or ghee to form a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the dough into small, uniform-sized pills (Gulika).
- Dry the pills in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.
- Store the dried pills in an airtight container.

- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension.
