Adult dose
Varies depending on form: Fresh Juice (10-20ml), Decoction (50-100ml), Powder (3-6g)

Preparation steps
- Collect the herbs mentioned in the formulation.
- Clean and dry the herbs properly.
- Powder the ingredients separately.
- Mix all the powdered ingredients in specified proportions.
- If Guggulu is used, Shodhana (purification) of Guggulu is done before adding it to the mixture.
- For Amritadya Guggulu: Guggulu is purified and then pounded with the powder of other ingredients.
- A small amount of Go-ghrita (cow ghee) can also be added during pounding.
- The mixture is then broken into small pieces and dried in a hot air oven at 35-40 degC for about 8 hours.
- After proper drying of mass, granulation can be done.
