Adult dose
Kwatha: 50-100 ml, once or twice daily. Churna: 3-6 grams, once or twice daily.

Preparation steps
- Take Guduchi, Guggulu, and Triphala in specified quantities.
- Add double the quantity of water.
- Boil the mixture in a wide-mouthed vessel until the water reduces to a quarter.
- Filter the decoction to remove impurities from Guggulu.
- Heat the filtered decoction until it becomes thick.
- Add the specified quantities of the remaining ingredients (Danti, Vyosha, Maricha, Pippali, Shunti, Vidanga, Tvak, and Trivrut) to the thick decoction.
- Mix well to form a semi-solid mass.
- Roll the mass into pills of approximately 500 mg each or prepare as churna.
Safety contraindications
- Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation without professional supervision. Not recommended for patients who are emaciated or have muscular dystrophy. Avoid in children below 6 years of age or prescribe in lower doses.
