Decoction: 25-50 ml
Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients of Ambashtadi formulation.
- Dry the ingredients properly under hygienic conditions.
- Pound the ingredients to a fine powder individually or together.
- Sieve the powder through a muslin cloth to remove any impurities or coarse particles.
- Store the Ambashtadi Churna in an airtight container away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- For Kashaya: Coarsely powder the ingredients and boil in water, reducing to 1/4th of the original volume.
