Adult dose
3-6 grams.

Preparation steps
- Harvest fresh and mature Amalaki fruits.
- Wash the fruits thoroughly to remove any dirt or contaminants.
- Dry the Amalaki fruits under shade to preserve heat-sensitive phytochemicals.
- Cut the dried fruits into small pieces and remove the seeds.
- Grind the dried fruit pieces into a fine powder using a grinder or pulverizer.
- Sieve the powder through a fine mesh to ensure uniform particle size.
- Store the Amalaki Churna in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Safety contraindications
- Acute diarrhea, severe digestive weakness (manda agni), or known allergy to Amla.
