Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction (kwatha) using the specified herbs.
- Make a fine paste (kalka) of the specified drugs.
- Take sesame oil (Tila Taila) in a stainless steel vessel.
- Add the decoction and the herbal paste to the oil.
- Heat the mixture gently, stirring continuously, until all the water content evaporates and only the oil remains.
- Ensure that the herbal paste becomes slightly brownish in color, indicating proper cooking.
- Filter the oil through a clean cotton cloth.
- Allow the oil to cool and then store it in a tightly sealed glass container.
