Indications
- Cough, cold, asthma, bronchitis, respiratory disorders, emaciation, general debility, digestive impairment.

Adult dose
12-24 ml (approximately 2-4 tablespoons) twice a day
Pediatric dose

Preparation steps
- Collect the necessary ingredients: Dashamoola, Bala, Atmagupta, Yava, Gajapippali, Pippali moola, Hareetaki, Bharngi, Pushkaramoola, Chitraka, Shati, Apamarga, ghee, sesame oil, and jaggery.
- Add 5 Adhakas of water to the drugs and cook until the Yava (barley) grains become soft (Svina).
- Strain the decoction.
- Add the Haritaki fruits and cook.
- Once cooled, add 1 Kuduva of honey.
