Preparation steps

• Collect all the ingredients listed in the formulation.
• Wash and clean the solid ingredients thoroughly.
• Prepare a decoction (Kwatha) of the mentioned herbs.
• Filter the decoction to remove any solid particles.
• Add jaggery (Guda) to the decoction and heat until it dissolves completely.
• Continue heating the mixture until it reaches a semi-solid consistency (Leha Paka).
• Add the powdered herbs (churna) to the semi-solid mixture and mix well.
• Incorporate honey (Madhu) and ghee (Ghrita) into the mixture.
• Stir continuously to ensure uniform mixing and prevent burning.
• Check the consistency of the Leha by taking a small amount and observing its ability to form a thread or ball.
• Allow the Leha to cool down completely.
• Store the prepared Agastya Leha in a clean, airtight container in a cool, dry place.
