Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Obtain the necessary herbs as per the formulation.
- Prepare a coarse powder of the herbal ingredients.
- Mix the herbal powder with water to create a paste (kalka).
- Add the herbal paste to the base oil (e.g., sesame oil).
- Heat the mixture on a low flame, stirring continuously, until all moisture evaporates.
- Filter the oil through a clean cloth.
- Store the oil in a clean, airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid use in cases of extreme skin dryness or open, actively bleeding wounds.
