Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients: Yavani (Trachyspermum ammi), Tintidika (Rhus parviflora), Amlavetasa (Garcinia indica), Shunthi (Zingiber officinale), Dadima (Punica granatum), Kola (Zizyphus jujuba), Sita (Sugar), Dhanya (Coriandrum sativum), Sauvarchala lavana (Sochal salt / Kala namak), Ajaji (Cuminum cyminum), Varanga (Cinnamon), Pippali (Long pepper), Maricha (Black pepper).
- Dry and clean each ingredient separately.
- Powder each ingredient finely.
- Mix all the powdered ingredients together in the specified proportions.
- Pass the mixture through a fine sieve (e.g., sieve number 44) to ensure uniformity.
- Store the churna in an airtight container, away from moisture and direct sunlight

- Avoid in severe Pitta conditions or if burning sensation occurs after taking the medicine
