Key ingredients
- Dhanyaka

Adult dose
100-200 ml, once or twice a day
Pediatric dose
50-100 ml
Preparation steps
- Boil Yava (barley) in water to make a thin gruel (Yavagu).
- Add prescribed quantities of digestive herbs like ginger, pippali, etc.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the herbs are well infused.
- Strain the mixture to remove solid particles.
- Serve warm.

- Not recommended for individuals with severe dehydration or acute diarrhea.
