Yamaka is a blend of two oils (usually sesame and castor oil) used externally for wound healing, inflammation, and skin conditions. It can also be administered orally for Vata and Pitta pacifying effects.

Adult dose
5-15 ml once or twice a day
Pediatric dose

- Warm the mixture slightly.
- Use for oral administration or external application.
