Indications

- Shunthi
- Pippali
- Maricha
- all in equal parts by weight.
Adult dose
125 mg to 500 mg, once or twice a day.
Pediatric dose
0.5-1 gram
Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Dry the ingredients properly.
- Powder each ingredient separately.
- Mix all the ingredients in the specified proportion.
- Store the churna in an airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Contraindicated in pregnant women and individuals with severe gastritis.
