Key ingredients
- Ghee

Adult dose
5-10 ml, once or twice a day
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 ml (adjust based on age and weight)
Preparation steps
- Collect the necessary ingredients: Vrishamula (Adhatoda vasica root) and cow's ghee.
- Prepare a decoction of Vrishamula.
- Mix the Vrishamula decoction with cow's ghee.
- Heat the mixture on a low flame, stirring continuously, until all the water content evaporates and only the ghee remains.
- Filter the ghee to remove any solid particles.
- Allow the ghee to cool and store it in an airtight container.
