Adult dose

Pediatric dose

Preparation steps
- Gather the required herbs of the Vidaryadi group.
- Clean and dry the herbs thoroughly.
- Grind the herbs into a fine powder.
- Mix the powder with warm milk before consumption.
- Alternatively, prepare a decoction by boiling the herbs in water and then mixing with milk.
