Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Collect Vidari and Panchangula herbs.
- Prepare a decoction or powder of the herbs.
- Melt ghee in a pan.
- Add the herbal decoction or powder to the melted ghee.
- Simmer on low heat until all the moisture evaporates.
- Strain the ghee to remove any solid particles.
- Store in a clean, airtight container.

- Not suitable for individuals with Kapha dominant conditions or those with acute respiratory infections.
