Adult dose
5-10 ml, 2-3 times daily, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician. Dosage may vary depending on the concentration and individual patient factors.

2.5-5 ml
Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction of Vidanga.
- Filter the decoction to remove any solid particles.
- Add a sweetening agent like honey or sugar to the decoction.
- Heat the mixture until it reaches a linctus consistency.
- Allow it to cool and store in an airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in Pitta dominant individuals in high doses.
