Preparation steps
- Collect Vasa leaves and extract juice.
- Prepare Trikatu powder (ginger, black pepper, and long pepper).
- Mix Vasa juice, Trikatu powder, and dadhi (curd) with ghee.
- Heat the mixture on low flame until all the moisture evaporates and the ghee is infused with the ingredients.
- Filter the ghee and store it in a clean container.
