Key ingredients
- Varuni bark

- and Daruharidra in relatively equal parts to Varuni. A small amount of Trikatu is often added.
Adult dose
48-96 ml of the decoction (Kashaya) 2-3 times a day or as directed by a physician. Dosage can vary based on the strength of the decoction and the specific formulation.

Preparation steps
- The specific ingredients are collected and cleaned.
- If it is a kashaya, the herbs are typically boiled in water until the water reduces to a quarter of its original volume.
- If it is an Arishta/Asava, fermentation process is carried out with the addition of jaggery/sugar and kept for a specific period.

- Not recommended for individuals with severe kidney disorders or hypotension without medical supervision.
