Preparation steps
- Crush or coarsely powder the Ushiradi and other herbal ingredients.
- Boil the crushed herbs in four parts of water and reduce to one-fourth.
- Strain the decoction through a clean cloth.
- Allow the decoction to cool down.
Safety contraindications
- Not recommended for individuals with severe Vata imbalance without proper modifications.
