Preparation steps
- Take equal parts of Cinnamon, Cardamom and Bay leaf.
- Dry all the ingredients separately until there is no moisture remaining.
- Put them together in a blender and make a powder of it.
- Pass the entire powder through sieve no. 100 to remove any impurities or hard particles.
- Store it in air-tight containers for future use.
