- Patra 1 part. All ingredients should be of good quality and properly identified.
Adult dose
5-10 grams, once or twice a day
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 grams, once or twice a day, or as needed
Preparation steps
- Collect Kola and Amla fruits.
- Extract the pulp from the fruits.
- Mix the pulp with honey and Trisugandhika (cinnamon, cardamom, and bay leaf).
- Prepare a linctus by gently heating the mixture to a semi-solid consistency.
Safety contraindications
- Pregnancy, lactation, and in children below 5 years of age, unless specifically prescribed by a qualified Ayurvedic physician.
