3-6 grams

Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction of the herbs.
- Add jaggery or sugar and heat until it reaches Avaleha consistency.
- Incorporate other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Not recommended for children without medical supervision.
