Preparation steps
- Take Triphala powder.
- Mix it with water and boil to make a decoction.
- Filter the decoction.
- Add ghee to the decoction.
- Heat the mixture until all the water evaporates and only ghee remains.
- Filter the ghee to remove any solid particles.
- Store in a clean, airtight container.
