Preparation steps
- Collect Haritaki, Bibhitaki, and Amalaki fruits in the prescribed ratio.
- Dry the fruits thoroughly under sunlight until they become crispy.
- Lightly roast the dried fruits with Desi Ghee for about 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Grind the roasted fruits into a fine powder using a grinder or mortar and pestle.
- Store the Triphala powder in an airtight container to protect from moisture and light.
