Preparation steps
- Collection of raw materials (Triphala fruits like Haritaki, Bibhitaki, and Amalaki).
- Cleaning and drying of the fruits.
- Coarsely powdering the dried fruits.
- Adding the powdered Triphala to water in a fermentation vessel.
- Adding jaggery or sugar for fermentation.
- Sealing the vessel and allowing it to ferment for a specified period (typically 15-30 days).
- Filtering the fermented liquid.
