Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Collect the fruits of Amla (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) in the appropriate season.
- Dry the fruits separately.
- Remove the seeds from the dried fruits.
- Mix the fruits in equal proportions by weight (1:1:1).
- Grind the mixture to make a fine powder (churna).
