Tri-lavana is a classical combination of three salts in Ayurveda used to stimulate digestion, improve taste, and alleviate abdominal discomfort. It balances Vata while potentially increasing Pitta and Kapha if consumed in excess.

Preparation steps
- Take equal parts of Saindhava Lavana (Rock salt), Sauvarchala Lavana (Black salt), and Vida Lavana (Vida salt).
- Grind the three salts into a fine powder.
- Mix the powders thoroughly to ensure a homogenous mixture.
