Preparation steps
- Obtain the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction with Trayamana.
- Add other herbs and ghee.
- Boil the mixture until only the ghee remains.
- Filter and store in a clean container.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in acute ama stages with high Vata; reduce dose in elderly or weak digestion.
