Trayamana Ghrita is an Ayurvedic ghee preparation primarily used in the treatment of abdominal lumps (Gulma) by aiding digestion and alleviating Vata, Pitta and Kapha imbalances.

Adult dose
5-10 ml (approximately 1-2 teaspoons) once or twice a day.

2.5-5 grams
Preparation steps
- Collection of authentic herbs, including Trayamana (Gentiana kurroo).
- Cleaning and pulverizing the herbs into a coarse powder.
- Boiling the coarse powder with a specified quantity of water to prepare a decoction.
- Preparing a paste of finer ingredients.
- Heating ghee with the prepared paste and decoction, stirring continuously.
- Heating is stopped when all moisture evaporates, froth subsides, and the paste forms a wick when rolled.
