Preparation steps
- Collect fresh Trapusa (cucumber) and Mulaka (radish).
- Wash the ingredients thoroughly to remove any impurities.
- Grind the Trapusa and Mulaka separately to obtain a fine paste.
- Mix the pastes together in the prescribed proportions.
- Add a small amount of water if needed to adjust the consistency.
- The resulting paste is Trapusimulakalkam.
Safety contraindications
- Contraindicated in conditions with severe Ama accumulation.
