Indications
- Arthritis (especially Vata-predominant), muscle stiffness, joint pain, sciatica, paralysis, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, hemiplegia, localized swelling, neurological disorders affecting limbs, respiratory congestion (specific formulations)

- Adhmana (distension of abdomen)
- Anaha (constipation)
- Kampa (tremors)
- Stambha (stiffness)
Karma
- Vatahara (reduces Vata), Kaphahara (reduces Kapha), Shulahara (pain relieving), Shothahara (anti-inflammatory), Srotoshodhana (channel cleansing)

Adult dose
Nadi Sveda is an external therapy. Treatment duration varies from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the patient's condition and tolerance. Observe the skin for any signs of burning or discomfort.

Preparation steps
- Boil water in a container.
- Add appropriate herbs or decoctions to the boiling water.
- Direct the steam through a tube towards the affected area.
- Maintain a safe distance to avoid burns.
- Regulate the intensity of the steam as needed.
