Adult dose
5-10 ml once or twice a day
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 ml, once or twice a day
Preparation steps
- Collect the necessary ingredients: Nagara (ginger), Pippalimoola (Long pepper root), Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica), Gajapippali (Scindapsus officinalis), Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Pippali (Long pepper fruit), Dhanya (Coriander), Bilva (Aegle marmelos), Patha (Cyclea peltat/Cissampelos pariera), Yavani (Trachyspermum ammi).
- Obtain Changeri swarasa (juice extract of Oxalis corniculata), Sarpi (ghee), and Dadhi (curds).
- Heat the ghee in a vessel.
- Add the Kalka (paste) of the above-mentioned ingredients slowly to the ghee.
- Then add Changeri swarasa and Go-dadhi.
- Stir continuously to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Heat the combination until the herbal ghee is prepared.
- The absence of moisture and the characteristic features of Sneha Siddhi should be confirmed.
- Filter the Ghrita using a clean cloth.
