Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients: Changeri (Oxalis corniculata) juice, Nagara (ginger), Pippalimoola (Long pepper root), Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica), Gajapippali (Scindapsus officinalis), Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Pippali (Long pepper fruit), Dhanya (Coriander), Bilva (Aegle marmelos), Patha (Cyclea peltat/Cissampelos pariera), Yavani (Trachyspermum ammi), Sarpi (ghee), and Dadhi (curds).
- Prepare Kalka (paste) of the solid ingredients: Grind Nagara, Pippalimoola, Chitraka, Gajapippali, Gokshura, Pippali, Dhanya, Bilva, Patha, and Yavani into a fine paste.
- Take Murchita Ghrita (ghee processed with specific herbs) in a vessel.
- Add the Kalka (paste) to the Murchita Ghrita.
- Add Changeri Swarasa (juice extract of Oxalis corniculata) and Dadhi (curds) to the mixture.
- Heat the combination: Heat the mixture until herbal ghee is prepared.
- Monitor Sneha Siddhi Lakshana (signs of proper ghee preparation).
- Filter the Ghrita: Once the ghee is prepared and the solid waste herb materials are filtered out.
